1.0.1 Changelog
This is the First BALUM update.
Made global changes:
- Added a native icon for MacOS users.
Made changes in the Results Screen:
- Changed the timer icon.
- Increased the text outline size.
Made changes in-game:
- Fixed a bug with the fade transition: When you were dying, the fade transition disappeared for one frame. (so now basically the fade transition is smoother)
- Added arrows in all the levels, so the player is now "guided".
- Made changes to the Level 1 (the burrito one): Changed the end of the level (made it a bit harder), because it was empty and it was a "lazy" ending.
- Fixed the collision box of the last "invert area" in the Level 4. The collision box was too big and wasn't matching the size of the red sprite.
- Fixed a fatal bug that made the Level 5 impossible to finish. When you enter the portal, BALUM crashes, and there is nothing showed in the console, but I managed to find the error and fix it.
- In the Level 2, changed the big spike for two medium-sized spikes, and changed the big saw for a medium-sized saw.
- Renamed the game: Balum to BALUM. (BALUM is the game, Balum is the character.)
- In the Level 3, when the spikes were going down, Balum could just stay to the right of the spikes, and wait for them to disappear. Made it so Balum cannot do so anymore.
- Added saws to the end of the Level 5.
Made changes in the menus:
- Fixed a bug in the main menu: When you pressed the "Quit" button, and the "Continue" button immediately afterwards, or vice versa, the game crashed.
